You live in Cali, you shouldn't have any issues approaching and that's crazy to miss so many potential good looking women.
Ain’t no difference between Cali or NY or whatever city so idk whatcha mean. Tbh it’s not that many baddies out here than any other major city. I just know cold approaching shotty asf :patrice:warm approaching or whatever this fuxking site calls it is the wave, can’t wait for campus to open back up, took the “choosing signals” damn near everyday for granted:wow:im just after sex, maybe cold approaching is more fruitful for nikkas that wanna date

Yeah I was inferring about the baddies in Cali, nah there's a big diff between the women here England(Manchester) and in cali. Do your thing with the warm approaches.

i'm not gonna say u don't deserve love until your life is perfect, but i do think you should at least start working on the other areas first instead or prioritizing sex.

Yo OP, I just wanted to say I'm sorry you're going through social anxiety that bad

my suggestion is that you do all of the above, start talking to women in public, get some hobbies, and check out online dating

no escorts OP, that's dangerous and has too many variables

sorry you're a 35 yr old virgin, but just RELAX and you will get some p*ssy

good luck OP

One of my coworkers at work today said a customer asked her if I had autism.

:mjcry::mjcry:

I don't have it (I was tested for it before seeing my therapist) but explained to my coworker that I have a lot of social anxiety.

Anyway my social anxiety is so bad customers at work think I have autism. I try to make conversation with people I work with but my anxiety is too much. I can say hey, how are you, good morning and pretty much that is it. Anything more than that and my anxiety just makes it too difficult to go beyond that. I can't say anything to the customers besides good morning or good afternoon. So I spend the rest of my shift not saying anything to anyone besides that. I sweat so bad at work or any environment I'm around people. This has been going on for years. :mjcry::mjcry:

I see a therapist and at this point should I just consider an anti-depressant for my anxiety and see how it works?

@semicko82 and @Gator Reloaded you two were on anti-depressants right? Was your anxiety as bad as mine before you got on them?

Good to hear you're seeing a therapist
One thing to remember is that people are so into themselves that they're not paying attention to like 70% of what you're doing unless you're acting crazy
Remember that and even if someone is being stand offish or negative they're probably focused on something going in their lives it usually has nothing to do with who they're lashing out on.
I'm not familiar with medication for anxiety so I can't comment on that.
from personal experience taking deep breaths and taking time for myself helps me deal with anxiety
Also make sure you're not mentally beating yourself up. Most of your battle is mental it seems like. you need to root for yourself. You made it this far without jail, disease, etc Take control of your dormant fighting spirit
did they mention why they think you have autism? like are you doing certain things?

With the autism it was because of how quiet i am at work. They assumed i had autism because of that.

Man, I still stress over people in my past that done me wrong. I used to have suicidal thoughts, but now it turned to homicidal ideation. I know I wouldn't never have it in my heart to kill, but I don't mind getting into a fight to prove my dominance.

Oh that’s weird maybe they’re being mean to you
I’ve been quiet for most of my life but I’ve never been asked if I have autism I’ve just been told I’m quiet
Have you told your therapist this maybe they can explain why this is happening
