I can't say I'm disappointed because I don't know you personally, but you've been talking about this for years now and haven't made any progress based on this topic.
You are 35, still living with parents, working an entry-level job, self-admitted obese and socially awkward. That puts you in the bottom 10% of all men full-stop. Don't care about you being a virgin because that's not your biggest problem and won't be fixed even with a lay, you may pass Steve Carell's record, you may not. Social Anxiety doesn't get fixed in a weekend of cold approach either.
If you had got from behind the dish station and become a Server-Bartender, then got a second job so you're putting in 60-70 hours weekly, you would have better social skills than you have now. You would have confidence because you wouldn't be broke and have the option of moving to a better city, even if it wasn't a big city in GA like Columbus or Macon. You wouldn't have time to eat junk food and be 300+ lbs. Looks matter, in the Dating marketplace and the workplace, don't let anyone tell you different. Most women do not want to be approached by an obese man unless you have money or status you can rub off on them.
Being stagnant or making some mistakes in your 20's is acceptable but your situation is awful. I'm early 30's now and working to make clear separations from my 20's. All a High School Grad would have to do is take baby steps until age 20 to pass you up. If you aren't trolling I hope you get it together.
