@Dave24 fucc all the advice you've read so far... some of it was alright but don't bother. The first thing you should probably do is treat your anxiety and lose weight.
Forget about women right now. You still have time to focus on that later.. you're 35 that's not too old yet...
First step.. you need to go to counseling and deal with the anxiety problem. The therapist will probably even recommend that you start exercising..
But take it slow. Between the counseling and dieting/exercising you'll start to feel a lot better health wise and that will give you more drive and energy. in turn that will also give you a nice confidence boost.
When you are confident and happy with yourself then you will find it easier to meet people.. have friends and meet women.

Save up and pay for some p*ssy to get that virgin monkey off your back but after that don’t even worry about women. Focus on yourself and getting your confidence up.
