Beyond that, men don't seem to understand that looks are not on a woman's radar at the level they are for a man. They have been listening to red pill men who lie and tell them that women value looks most of all.

Even for mating, genetics can go either way, no matter what the man looks like. I think some of this is coming from handsome gang who think their looks should hold value. It doesn't.

I recently met a man who reconfigured my whole life without trying, based on our dynamic, his vibe and other things. I changed my mind about having children. I said I wouldn't before him. I would have been honored to have this man's baby. I was going to move across the country for him and it was going to be just us, until death. A man can't get that type of reaction from a woman who values a man's looks as number one on her hierarchy. He has to ask himself if he wants to feel pretty or does he want to be adored.

I amended that post later on in that thread and I said that I was only speaking for myself and my friends because I can’t speak for all women. I’m bisexual and find women more attractive than men so I’m sure that’s a part. In addition What’s attractive is subjective, it also boils down to location, age range etc.

I don’t see how men are in here speaking for women in the first place. Y’all aren’t women so….I’ve worked with enough gay men and saw them get excited over men that women didn’t even notice or didn’t care about too, so nah while some are picky, I’ve noticed that they find more men attractive than the straight women I know. I actually agree with you as a women. I hear this from some women. It varies and depends on the women. I know, for myself I am picky but it's not about looks. I care about more about personality. Most men do not attract me for several factors. It's how they carry themselves, the way they talk, attitude etc. I pay attention to all of that. Attraction is more than looks to me. The red pill content that I have been exposed to has talked extensively about looks, face and body. I'm not saying that looks don't matter at all, I'm saying they are not first in line for most women. There will still be women who don't consider them whatsoever.

Understandable, I was about to engage with it but as you just put it, it's highly subjective, at least depending on your approach. Honestly, it's far from rare, at least in philosophy, that attractiveness is argued as objective, and of course, one could set parameters for an objective goal, and judge people on how close they come to those objectives, that's typically where people draw "conventionally attractive" from.

But as stated, I don't know how you judge, personally I do take facial appearance very seriously, I place it above anything else besides being in shape, and I would say on average, if in an environment where I will pass 50 women, a decent chunk of them will be pretty or pleasing in terms a facial appearance. But if I had to note the times I have come across drop dead gorgeous, yeah, that was once in my life, and the only time I have ever been stunned before, although that might change once I'm done with school and leave the state to try other areas, I'm sure drop dead gorgeous will still be on the rare side but definitely more likely to occur as opposed to where I am now.

Honestly just got annoyed, because every now and then what I say on here gets used as a thread. Smh. I gotta be more careful about what I say or at least mention that I’m not speaking for all women.

In general, men have lower standards for women. And women have higher standards for men. Which is why I laugh when women say “the bar is in hell” for what they expect out of men.
