- Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
She’s talking about the standards of men but praising a drug dealer who has no standards for her?
I can find rents that are a little similar to Minneapolis if I lived in the farther areas of NYC.
And I also don’t know what you mean by y’all? I don’t know any black native New Yorker who pays $2,000 for a studio and my mom and dad pay $1400 a month for a large three bedroom.
You probably talking about white and black hipsters from Minneapolis who move to NY and pay those fees
It doesn’t have to be a drug dealer but women are attracted to men who live on their own terms. That’s why they’re drawn to artists, criminals, etc. These people don’t follow what society tells you to be, they do what they want. The reason 9-5s get a bad rep with these type of women is because you’re doing what you’re told to do, not only at work but just in life, by working a 9-5. Even though it’s the “right” thing to do, it implies weakness whereas going your own way shows strength and courage. These qualities are reflected in your personality and the way you think, which is mainly what turns a woman on or off. That’s why the Clubhouse girl says 9-5 guys are “rigid” and drug dealers are more “fun.” Women don’t like doing what they’re told to do and they don’t like men who do what they’re told to do. It’s less about the drug dealer’s occupation (or height or looks) and more about his rebellious attitude that turns women on. Everybody secretly wants to live life on their own terms and the guys with the balls to do it get the most women. Whether it’s an actor, singer, scammer, drug dealer, etc.
Yeah he's generalizing like hell. I know it requires a bit of work but it's not that bad.You live in Southern California, so that makes sense. The median home value where you live is probably like $600k - outside of where you are, I'm sure it's more normal.
I know some regular Black women from LA that are really cool, as well as some from the Bay. If you're painting a brush that broad, it doesn't sound like you're actually f/w normal women. What school do you go to? I know some sweet women in the BLSA chapters of Hastings, UCLA, and USC Gould.
All women like men who possess strength and courage but that takes a different form depending on the culture. Within African-American culture, that would be someone who doesn't conform to white society. The reason this is so hard to accept is because we're conditioned to do just that, go to school, get a corporate job, buy a home, and we're taught that we'll be rewarded for following the straight and narrow. That line of thinking is meant to turn us into modular citizens who are easier for the government to control for their own agendas. Women innately understand this and crave a man who's strong enough to reject societal pressure to be a modular citizen and do whatever the fukk he wants. That's why we see the feminist movement taking over. Women feel repressed by the roles society has given them and they're tired of playing along and they want nikkas who are tired of playing along too.
I was avoiding this thread for the longest but I gave in and listened to the babble. When said, she'll eventually settle down and marry a 9 to 5 dude, I started cracking up.
Yeah this is basically what I figured she was getting at. It's more of an innocovinance thing. Living life on your own terms and freedom. I mean there's pros and cons to it. I'm a big fan of FIRE, so hopefully I can be at that point in a few years. It doesn’t have to be a drug dealer but women are attracted to men who live on their own terms. he problem is when these goofy ass women that spread their legs open for these losers but want to give the guy that has a 9-5 job a hard time. This why I say men should just go overseas or something. American women are straight up trash and it’s not gonna a get better.
They do the same thing overseas too![]()

It's not a once size fits all breh. The dude at walmart probably aint knocking down the number #1 trending woman on ig, but they doesn't mean he can't smash reasonably attractive women that he encounters. That logic is dumb. Like I said before, we all know nikkas who work at walmart and live at the momma's house that be smashin broads

I would say atleast 50% of bw think like this. Not just "ratchet" ones. A very large portion of "regular" black women think like this up until damn near 30/35.
