Words that make you lose your temper

Mine is shut up. I had 2 different teens at my job that told me "shut up" or "shut up talking to me". I lost it. Yelling, screaming, got in their faces. I can usually control my anger but those 2 words set me off. I know I gotta control it though. What are words that trigger your anger?

If I call someone's name and they say " yeah,what, or huh " ... I don't know why but that really makes me feel some type of way.

I also hate the word "no" ... People don't normally tell me no so when they do It gets to me.

I used to get pissed at people who would come out of pocket on the job, till I realized that they would never have the balls to do so under other circumstances

If a person calls me a bytch... I tell them I maybe a bytch, but I'm not your bytch.

Don't call me old enough said.
A person calling me fat is not that bad... but it does get up under my skin if it comes across wrong.


I have to ask my sister all of the time is she questioning my cognitive skills.
