Burpee’s are not a beginners exercise:ufdup: if you haven’t broke a sweat since high school leave them alone until you get your core stable. Start with yoga build a foundation and build. I’ve saw to many:flabbynsick: trying to do to much to fast and fukk up all kind of stuff mainly that lower back and that shyt is a struggle to get back right . It’s a lifestyle change not a sprint.

Burpee to push-up? Ok.

I’ll give my bootcamp credit for that…that man had us doing burpees everyday for a minute. I see some women doing that shyt with ease first thing in the morning @6am.

Look up Commando Burpees, my calisthenics crew is doing 100 of those.

Burpees are excellent for overall conditioning.

No. I jog on the treadmill for 30mins and do 4 reps of 25 with weights for arms, 50 squats and 50 crunches. Then walk at night. I’m not an athlete. Lmfao
