if you haven’t broke a sweat since high school leave them alone until you get your core stable. Start with yoga build a foundation and build. I’ve saw to many
trying to do to much to fast and fukk up all kind of stuff mainly that lower back and that shyt is a struggle to get back right . It’s a lifestyle change not a sprint.
