Working for black female managers 0/10 do not recommend

Worst manager I’ve had was a black woman and she was terrible. But I would say that female managers between 40 and 60 are the worst in general. They get drunk with power and abuse their authority just so their employees know who’s in charge. And they always kiss their boss ass just to keep their job smh

I find white women to be worse. Black women, we can at least empathize on occasion.

Beckys are the worst to work for. They can be racist, passive aggressive and believe it or not...they can be s3xiest and not good for black women or Asian women to work for.

Edit: Women in general. As a man, don't work in a predominantly female environment. It's extremely toxic.

2nd edit: My boss was also recently divorced. Extremely manipulative. Encouraged no work life balance. A cọon and also, it defends on your field of work.
If you have a boss that doesn't overstep her boundaries and fully trust you, you're golden.

White women are far much worse especially if they are divorced or separated. Nothing worse than a salty woman who is in a manager/suoervisor position fresh off a divorce or recently separated. In corporate settings most black women from my experience were cool.

Black female managers - the ones I've had were cool. I could always make them laugh and reminded them of their sons. Definitely the best at sniffing out bullshyt.

White female managers - vast majority have been from this demographic...between ages 40 and 60. Always very nice. Very hard workers but also understanding about PTO and shyt like that. Tend to be more hands on while sistas delegate more.

White men - only had one but he was cool as fukk. Laid back dude that loved sports, so we stayed talking shyt about our football/basketball/baseball squads. More of a schmoozer but also worked hard for the team.
