Maybe I’ve been lucky but I’ve been the coolest with black women managers. White women (especially middle aged and older) are the worst.

I got concepts of a plan.
I’ve only had one outside of the military. She was cool as a fan. Middle managers don’t do shyt in the airline industry. Just run reports to the station manager who run reports to HQ.
She was on our time and we had an understanding about the other white supervisors. She hit me with the
look when I tell her about my interactions with the others. She never talked reckless about them, but we both knew what was up. She was professional and was always on trips. Mid 50’s beautiful smile, was with Southwest from the beginning and had 1M+ in stocks and 401K.
To Ms. Mayra, you always watched out for a young jit.
My Captains during my second deployment were both black women. They stayed out the way and had me do all the briefings. The first one lived on sick call. The second was getting D from a CW2 so she was never in the office.
We were GO2 level so we were just managers that ran reports to the general. 3 meetings a week and maybe stayed in the office for 4 hours a day. I did back to back deployments to get that money and get the full GI Bill. Kuwait was cool to me.

If your manager is a black women you should probably be liking for a new job because that’s a shyt company or a bottom barrel dept lol. Never seen black women managers in serious positions lol
I had one I worked with. She wasn't my supervisor, but she hated that she wasn't. She would go from complaining about me to my boss saying that I didn't keep her informed to asking me to meet her for dinner or come over. I told my boss she has no clue of what I do nor my authorities and she had no desire to even learn rudementrary things. She was bugging one night I was at work till 10 and she kept calling asking me to come over for drinks. Told her I was tired and just wanted to go home and go to bed. She eventually got mad with me and told my boss that she came by my office to say hello, but I closed my office door in her face. I was like Tom, you know damn good and well that I am too lazy to physcially get up and close my door in someone's face, plus I am never that rude.
We had a meeting one time with our Air Force counterparts and they were asking for phsycial copies information that we had just breifed them on. She said she couldn't give it to them. I asked her employee for the information and gave it to them right in front of her. I looked at her like
. The AF guys were like 
. I told them she might not be able to give it to you but I can. She was sitting there like 
.
I remember one time she told me that she liked to say crazy stuff to another employee that didn't work for her just because she liked to see his face turn red. That bytch was pure evil. She thrived on chaos. She eventually filed a complaint against my boss who was this cool ass cuban dude for racism and sexism. Problems followed her till she finally retired. Hoenstly in the government there are plenty of shytty supervisors, men and women. We have another senior leader who can't make a decision to save her life, but she is a white women. She always asking for information that people already provided her. Always embarrasing herself.
Male bosses don't mind a little conflict. I had a former Marine Officer who said some slick shyt to me. I asked him to go to the conference room. We cursed each other out for a bit. Sat down. Worked that shyt out and walked away with respect. He backed me up when this contractor CAC refused to do what I asked him to do and called me boy. In the middle of the SCIF I told him I would whup his ass in front of everyone right here and to say that shyt again. Old boy came over, found out what was going on and was like do what Traveler tells you to do like it came from me
. Later I apoligized to my boss for causing a scene, he was like don't worry about it, we are men, we argue and fight. 
Cool ass CAC. That contractor dude was gone not much later. He knows its on sight even after 10 years. If I had a female boss I probably would have been in front of HR.
Absolute worst are Arab men. I have never met one that was worth a shyt and they think they are smarter than everyone else. Of the three I worked with I wanted to beat the fukk out of all of them. They are the absolute worst of the worst.
