NOT. EVERYONE. IS. A. HUSTLER.

Some people are just workers and these companies are ran by hustlers who know these workers need some kind of supervision and discipline given to them.
How has productivity changed for corporate jobs that made the switch to working from home?

More like the supervisors and middle management see shyt chugging along without them breathing down everyone’s necks with countless meaningless meetings. And now they’re starting to feel a lil bit worthless. So sad

We aren’t coming back until at least after Labor Day. I do look forward to client lunches/happy hour and business travel, but coming back to the office full time? Hell no :scust:. Hopefully we get a hybrid model or I find a permanent WFH position.

Old people need to go away with their planter class “ideas”

stop trying to make lifelong shytty decisions for us when you got less than 30 years to live and I have a whole lifetime ahead of me

Their ideas are so 1980s, that the world passed them by. The concept of permanent WFH and 4-day workweeks, will soon be the norm.

The majority of people eager to return to the office are mostly the ass kissers anyway. Instead of relying on talent to get ahead. They need to be constantly in the bosses face schmoozing to get ahead.
:scust:

Companies need to dump 70% of middle management who serve no real purpose. The work gets done regardless of them being around.
