I'm at 190 now. It's hard to advance for me. I was going up in weight no prob until now. But I'm not worried about it I got the look I want :manny:

I'm like you TS. Been lifting for many years but still can't get that rounded full look on the chest. I think a lot is just how much natural muscle density you're born with.

Did you read up on my routine? I'm seeing the results within 2 weeks of doing it. Try it out.

I got the same problem, What routine were you doing before you switched it up. And can you actually see results after just two weeks?

I also find pressing heavy dumbells give your chest a more puffed out look so dont just stay on the benchpress.

Don't sleep on this. I kept getting stronger and stronger w/ the bench press but my pecs weren't rounding out as much as i'd like.

Heavy dips, heavy incline, switch up w dumbbells, and don't lock elbows when you press up. Doing this gives more attn to the pecs and if you do lock, you're focusing more on your triceps.
