The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, he said:
Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money.
Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.
And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present;
the result being that he does not live in the present or the future;
he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.

If you spent half your gym time focused on $$$ instead you'd be way better off
Lol at working on your figure when that has no bearing on your status in this world
You think women care about your stupid muscles?![]()
yeah but i have the muscles and the money, so what's your point?

OP misses the point that one can do bothOp has a point. While being healthy is important. If your missing out on things that could make you a better person cause your spending all your time in the gym and looking in the mirror, then you should reevaluate your priorities.

my boy is one of the top trainers at a high end gym in downtown philly and lots of his clients are big wigs and he said the most important/wealthiest people work out really early in the morning cause thats all the time they have...
so if your chasing money like that usually those types are up and at em' early so they work out early and get it out the way....so i dont see how this is a conflict
