Since when did songs that got a poor reception get shelved? That song and several others that were leaked during that time didn't make it onto an album for whatever reason. "Rumors" (Jay Z and Keri Hilson song produced by Timbaland & J-Roc) is another song that got leaked during that time. It didn't make an album and nobody ever mentions that song. Yet, "Ghetto Techno" gets mentioned on here every other day. Song was never pushed or promoted, how is it even an attempt to crossover?

Nothing wrong with the song, it just missed BIG time. A Justin Timberlake AND Pharrell feature with a Neptunes beat is supposed to be lay up. U don't think this particularly fit Game all that well either.
