Even if we looking at point guards.
Guys like Steph, CP3, kyrie, Westbrook, lillard, Wall are more than capable of dropping 30 on his head and we talking nikkas that actually penetrate to the basket. A league where point guards are mostly scoring first.
Just look at how penny did him, now imagine Steph or kyrie coming down the court ready to put him on skates.
With guys like Stockton and mark Jackson he didn't have to worry about that for the most part.

Who was a great iso shot creator outside Jordan in that era? Pip was a solid ball handler who could attack the rim pretty good. He had a nice mid range shot and developed a good post game later in his career.(watch how he destroyed the Jazz in 98) Comparing him to Deng is ludicrous
