Not Like Us has me thinking what if Jay made his response to Ether a straight club banger instead of some offbrand freestyle over the Knoc'turnal joint?

He could've linked up with prime Neptunes or Timbo and got at Nas by making his diss a hit song.

I still think he would've lost because he just didn't have the narrative to go at Nas but he would've had a better chance in that arena.
