I just got this job but the catch is that you only get one Saturday off a month. :picard: It's an easy blue collar job in an auto manufacturing plant where some folks been working with the company 10, 20, 30+ years. :flabbynsick:They don't hire just anyone either because hella folks can't pass a hair follicle drug test and other people can't pass the assessment test to get hired or aren't picked at random to be hired. Some folks in there literally getting paid $150K a year to screw bolts in an assembly line. The pay is decent when you factor in all the over time. :ehh: Nah, it ain't six figs, but the longer you stay with the company, the better your pay gets. My boy worked there for three years and was making 30 an hour without all the overtime he was clocking. Ideally, I like the four ten hour day schedule with the three day weekend. Hella industries want you to work six days like its nothing. I was about to be a car salesman earlier this year until I learned they want you to work 12 hour days six days a week. I know too many women probably think any breh who works six days a week is "boring" or "works too much" as well. :why:

Hell yeah, that would be a welcomed rest for me. I’m not a Coli cert breh and I went to college and only focused on getting my d1ck wet... Now I have to work two full time jobs to save for my kids college/car fund, save money, live in a decent community, and ball out occasionally. Take that sh1t... Hell for that type of guap, I would leave Atlanta.

I’ve done it before. Other than vacations and going out to try new restaurants in the city I don’t go out much so I don’t mind the work. I get full sleep every night anyway!

GM isn't it? Sounds just like what we doing. Money and bennies is right, but this shyt is getting old. Tempers are short, lot of folks beefing, and it's the weather is getting hot :francis:. Seriously though, stack your bread, and take advantage of the company matching plan. Do the max. You ain't gonna miss that money. Trust me.

If you are under 30 with no family, this shouldn't even be a question. But if you can get similar wage somewhere else for 5 days a week do that then but if you can't, take the job.

And woman are easier to deal with when you are busy.. oppose to having free time breh

Oh and if you contract overseas you pretty much working 6-7 days anyway.

You just getting paid and getting a generous rest and relaxation period

But even sometimes you just sitting around (deployments). Watching movies and reading. You work right next to where you sleep or close to it so it’s like whatever :yeshrug:

I don't mind doing six days if the money is good. Plus I don't have children so I don't mind.
