I really wanted to date this girl who was:
-Depressed and on meds
-Anger issues
-Wore corrective glasses for one crossed and another wandering eye
-found a lot of curriculum work difficult, while I found it to be middle school level steeze
-Severly socially stunted
When i say really wanted to, I mean I REALLY wanted to. This girl wasn't even a looker, per se. But she was when it came down to it one of the sweetest people, had charming, corny jokes, a considerably slamming body (saw the t*ts

and the ass was RIGHT) and she happened to be as big a dork as me. There would have been a severe mismatch with her looks vs mine (she was also 5'10 to my 5'7) to the point we likely would be a laughingstock. I was ready to make that move, though.

Obviously this has nothing to do with Downs, but I can envision *possible* relationships with challenged people, as they can turn out to be lifes gems. Had life not made it's statement and made it difficult to see each other, I would have thrown my hat into that ring.
