A lot of those cases are gay men and down low men who sleep with heterosexual women, giving the monster to them.

I’ve shared before that my friend works for public health, specifically informing people when they have HIV, every single time it’s a man, it’s a down low or gay Breh. And sadly when it’s a woman who has it, she’s been infected by a man she was in a relationship with who was sleeping with men and didn’t tell her. She’s said that every time the man would try to deny it at first but then they would eventually admit they were sleeping with men.

Oh and for those of you in Charlotte, stay stuff. A lot of people burning out in these streets on the low (yes my friend got the deets on that shyt too).

And hell no I would never date someone with HIV. I’m immediately assuming his ass got it from bending over and getting his booty busted open by another man , and that’s just nasty. Even thinking about it is nasty. No thanks.

But account for 40% of all HIV cases in the US.

Almost 480,000 Black people in the US have HIV.

Those are some serious numbers.
