Guy had a pit bull that got loose and did a B line straight to me. Good thing I was walking my German shepard. My Shepard a G and wasn’t scared. Owner came out right as the dog was approaching us and was calling for him to get back. Soon as it ran up my dog jumped in front of me to shield me and bit it’s neck on some crazy ass move and I kicked the fukk outta his dog in the side and the dog Ran back off to the owner. Shepards are definitely much smarter and still strong guard dogs, but I don’t feel comfortable with it fighting a pit bull. So to defend it is natural . I’ll protect my dog from a human or animal. It’s just like my family. Because they really be ready to die no questions asked to defend us. If you have a guard dog. Not many people willing to do that for you. But dogs will. Not dying for no cat tho
