Would you rather be a billionaire in 1917 or making 100k a year in 2017?:

There were just a handful....I'm guessing you could count them on two hands...but billionaires by circumstance aren't around those epidemics like that...which usually spread in squalor and crowded areas.

Would it be impossible to get? NO, just highly unlikely considering your environment....you'd mostly be around other uptight rich types who haven't been exposed to that stuff either.
In the 1930's John Rockefeller became the richest man in the world with "only" a net worth of about $200 million IIRC. A billi then would probably be closer to a trillion in todays money.

And I still wouldn't take it:bryan: It might have been cool to kick it with Einstein tho :ehh:

He said u get a billion

Not the ability to tell the future :stopitslime:

A billion back then woulda been ass

Seasoning was prolly ass back then so food woulda been horrible :scust:

Chicks did not look like IG models back then

Cars were ass back then and prolly only went like 50 mph at most

Travelling woulda been ass too, have to take boats when u wanna leave continental US :scust:

Everything about 1917 woulda been ass :scust:

I take it you've never seen the way rich folks traveled in back then on trains?....The only thing better today is the speed...but their comfort and opulence was :banderas::banderas::banderas::whew:

And don't sleep...they had the IG-like thots too :sas1::sas2:

then what you're telling me is that money is no object to you lol....

Otherwise, anything over 10k a year back then pretty much would have gotten you anything that you wanted for the most part.

1917 was before fitness and daily showers, not to mention terrible sewage systems, home electricity was still a premium luxury that could kill you if you didn't know what you were doing...no thank you:picard:

Yes, the people who lived in the hood had those problems....YOU as a billionaire on the otherhand would have personal bathers, flushing toilets, clean running water, and quality electricity.

Why do you dudes keep talking about this as if you were living in the 5 points in Manhattan? :bryan:

All the money in the world in 1917 could not buy a fraction of the commodities we have today. Not even the luxuries, just the basic stuff. :wow: wtf am I supposed to do, watch horse racing? :russ:

Take that back they did have some pretty legit drugs back then:ehh:

With a billion you could literally fund your own military.

I can't see any major advantages other then modern technology by comparison to a billionaire back then....if you think you're living more comfortable today...then John D Rockefeller, JP Morgan and Andrew Carnegie did back then....then I don't know what else to tell you....you've pretty much convinced yourself that anything is possible at that point.

I grew up in Philly...about a mile from me was the Widener Estate just over in the burbs....I believed he owned PECO back then but died on the Titanic back in 1912....anyway....even til this day I have NEVER seen the opulence of something of that magnitude in person....he had everything you could imagine.

Black men looked better back then so I'll take the billion in 1917 because I'd have more choices in beautiful men :takedat:.
I'd be a rich b*tch with businesses, working from home and raising 5 kids all before the age of 30.....while living in Paris :wow:
(ain't no way in hell I'd still be living in the south:hhh: )

Hell I'd even have my own military and god forbid, if the Oklahoma attack still happened at the time I was rich I'd make sure my military not only offer aid and a place of refuge in Paris, America will get f*cked up :sas1:
