A billion in 1917 is like having a trillion in todays world....I would do it...move out of the United States to Paris..live like a king literally...but also find people like Telsa....put money in engineeeing programs for black scientist to thrive....put millions of blacks through college with incentives in Science and Math to give us a leg up....and I would buy up Africa and fund Hatii and it would be like the black Israel....as it was meant to be before whitey abandoned our people with their racist ass bullshyt...
