Would you rather work, 5x8 or a 4x10 shift....

Im trying to see what the best move would be...

Right now I work 5x8, but because of staffing issues its more like Mon-Friday 9 or 10 hour shifts..
So 7:30-5:30/6..


Now if I slide to the 4x10 shift I'll do Mon-Thursday 9:30am-8pm EVERY Friday off..

I'd take abi weekly pay cut of about $250 if I didnt come in early during the week to make up the overtime I'd lose from the 5x8 shift..

I do two 13s and two 6s every week, and alternate weekends off...Id go with 4x10 even with OT issues
