Of all time is debatable, but he's definitely on the short list. IMO his work in the 80's/Early 90's

Like i said,though i personally thinks dre's beats are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better,that's opinion and subjective.
It's a FACT that dre ran this shyt for years. Not just commercially but the streets as well. Alot of them albums on your rza list had marginal success and meant very little outside the east coast streets. They've been talked up but really didnt do much at all.
