fukk what you THINK. FAct is dre topped him in devastating fashion.
Like i said, though i personally thinks dre's beats are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better, that's opinion and subjective.
It's a FACT that dre ran this shyt for years. Not just commercially but the streets as well. Alot of them albums on your rza list had marginal success and meant very little outside the east coast streets. They've been talked up but really didnt do much at all.

I stated that I felt Dre was on the short list of greatest producer ever just off his 80's and early 90's output alone, so I don't understand where your hostility is coming from. But besides that, how can you state that something as subjective as picking your "greatest hip hop producer of all time" is ''Fact", my nikka? There are no "Facts" in art appreciation.

It's your opinion that Dre is topping RZA in a "devastating fashion." Just like you said RZA's beats meant very little outside of east coast streets (i'm from VA btw), I can say that a lot of people didn't rock with the corny, Interscopey, white boy beats that Dre gave Em in the '00s. Dre has been mostly a glorified engineer since he made those albums that I named. He didn't make the beats on Doggystyle, Dogg Food, Pac's albums, or 50's albums outside of a song here and there. And IMO, none of his contributions were the best beats on those albums.

And once you get into the "success" part, you completely lose me. First of all, Wu-Tang is one of the most "successful" groups in hip-hop history, thanks to those albums I named. But what's most important IMO is the sound, the innovation, and the influence that those albums had over hip hop production going forward. I'm sure Dr. Dre himself would tell you that you're buggin' if you don't appreciate what RZA did on those albums. But all of this is my opinion, none of it is facts.

I can't be mad at peeps sayin Dre though. He's been doin it for basically three decades. Man putting on still dre from 2001 it still feels so clean today like it'd never go stale.

It's still Dre Day nikka, A.K. nikka
Before I chrome the lot, can't keep it home a lot
'cause when I frequent the spots that I'm known to rock
You hear the bass from the trunk when I'm on the block
Ladies, they pay homage, but haters say Dre fell off
How nikka My last album was "The Chronic"
They want to know if he still got it
They say rap's changed, they want to know how I feel about it

Can't be mad.

Dre stans definitely in the top 10 stanbases of all time.

Just peeped your rep. Now I'm regretting wasting time on you.

The really telling part is that he has less daps than he does messages. Which basically means he just yaps his mouth on some dumb shyt. Dude is a serial time-waster.

on a kayfabe list? sure. but really hes more like top 5-10.

too many beat scandals.
most of his best beats were either str8 samples or ghost-produced.

nah. he might be something along the lines of a goat musical mind tho. along with puff daddy & a couple others.

he could easily be in my top 5-10 no question about it. just think about it. he made Snoop, Eminem, 50 Cent, The Game all popular due to his sound. not to mention N.W.A. and a load of other artists.

50 cent was already popular.

eminem just needed dre's cosign to make whites feel comfortable stanning him.

i see your point tho.
