Minorities are always paid less. Always.Whoever said just make it known internally only made a great point.
Like I said, not sure about a law but if it was standard practice for salaries to be known internally and also for potential hires to be able to see salary data with maybe names not known but just positions under specific departments and managers, that would be awesome.
Imagine if you wouldn't have to play the stupid game of trying not to negotiate too high or too low when going into an interview? Like someone said, the secrecy of salaries is only meant for employers, not employees protection.
I have posted many times about the moment I found this lil nurse was making more than me and I had 2 years of experience over her. I was driving an Infiniti and she was driving a big body Benz off the lot.
