I wouldn't be able to create something like Illmatic at 19 29 or 39 and it's probably as unlikely at any of those ages. I mean Nas dropped it at 19 and haven't made anything close to being better since then.

I get what the thread starter is saying, but teen years is something special imo. So illmatic is specially but ages like 22-25 is nothing special imo, there's probably more classics made by people in that age than people in their 30s in hiphop, rock and pop.
