Don't know em' but I always felt like it was his circle and whatever demons he fightin'
He looked strung out at one point too after being MIA
I wonder if him and Rain are still cool

Edit: Also I agree with his subject matter, he would have been a solid emcee on backpack/boom bap beats

I always think about how much he fumbled the bag after 6 Foot 7 Foot. That was peak buzz Wayne he was on a track with at the time, and it didn’t lead to anything at all. Probably didn’t help that women thought he was busted looking.

Lil' Wayne gave him the biggest alley oop you could possibly get at a time when people still cared about Wayne, and all Gunz did was parlay that into a reality show that basically gave his dad a better platform :mjlol:

If I remember correctly Wayne kinda hated on him. When Amilli first dropped in 2008 on the radio, it was Wayne and Cory going back & forth and Cory was smoking Wayne’s boots.

Then the next month the video dropped and it was a half-decent Wayne only version. Lil wayne realized he messed up Cory’s chance and felt bad later on and that’s how we got “6 Foot, 7 Foot” which wasn’t as good.
:stopitslime:
