Yeah they trying to change with the times, but the problem is they need to cater to their base which is older people. Now that they turned them off and young people are like

I hate all three of those stores. Not because I'm a baller, but I just need to be in a certain mind frame to dig around for shyt. Shower curtains in the shoe rack, baby onsies where the t-shirts are. Size 5 shoes in the 8's and 9's. I don't like shopping to be a scavenger hunt.
The K&G where I live is organized so horribly that I don't even bother. Then it's always one cashier and she's ringing up people, doing payroll and supervising the sales floor at the same time.
