I am sold 500K the first week and then Nostradamus sold 232K the first week. That’s two albums debuting #1 and #7 on billboard charts the same year. Hate Me Nkw was everywhere and Nas is Like was a street banger.

Only on the Coli is that a sign that you are on your way out.

A nig like Nas could never be on his way out because his name is too prestigious…like he’s royalty (so is Jayz). But with Nas, even back then he was…he kinda has been since 94. Nigs like that never disappear…they may get quiet and not be as hot as they were…but they’ll always have a base.

We all know the bootleg of the double album is why the albums were not as dope as his previous albums. . But saying an artist putting up those numbers in 1999 was on his way out is ridiculous.
