Imma just leave this hereBreh, the prison system is the new plantation.
And I'm talking about the black lives matter "movement". Try and stay on topicI'm talking about prison labor breh. Rub two brain cells together and try to keep up.
It's about justice. period. There is no way you can separate police from the prison system. This is a protest of how prison labor works in our society lead by black people...because a lot of black people are affected. I'm not going to try to convince you of anything because you already said you don't believe in that movement. Continue to be a sheep and shop at massa's market.Oh so black lives matter is about everything associated with police and prison? I thought for sure it was a demand for police to stop killing black people indiscriminately.
I stand...corrected?
get the fukk out my thread. And I'm talking about the black lives matter "movement". Try and stay on topic
Their reasonable prices on organic chicken leg quarters !I'm black and shop there every week, so the idea that black people can't afford it is inherently erroneous. Prison labor is pretty disgraceful for a company that touts fair trade, but adding a racism angle to this is disingenuous.
The BLM "movement" is in general so I'm far from surprised.
basically. indentured servitude for way to long at a place that is unlikely to hire you once you get out.Basically its them trying to make slavery legal.
Jail you for no reason and then put you to work for 1$ an hour.
Modern day slavery.
I didn't say I believed in the movement. I'm voicing my disappointment in the movement veering so far off of its core narrative. The point of the hashtag was to say something that is simple and indisputable, that black lives matter. That black people shouldn't be executed in the street. It's about justice. period. There is no way you can separate police from the prison system. This is a protest of how prison labor works in our society lead by black people...because a lot of black people are affected. Yep once you dont get hired when your free you resort to crimes and end up back in jail as a slave so the cycle begins anew.basically. indentured servitude for way to long at a place that is unlikely to hire you once you get out.
A sister by the name of Michelle Alexander wrote a book about this. She debunked the myth blacks commit more crime than any other group in america . She showed that the crime rates are actually going down but the black incarceration rate is going up.basically. indentured servitude for way to long at a place that is unlikely to hire you once you get out.
One of the people most likely to be the next leader of the free world said to get an agenda. Now, they are acting on a agenda and you're disappointed because they're moving instead of just crying? #wholefrauds is a talking point in the conversation of the injustice system. I don't see how you can deny the connection between police and prison.I'm voicing my disappointment in the movement veering so far off of its core narrative.
