Fact is that brehs will catch cases that are mostly bogus and have no real means to fight them. So now a black man is stuck with: "here plead guilty to this case that you can't beat or fight it, lose and face a football score sentence" so you're facing 6-30 with a public defender and they offer you a time served plus you sit down for 6 months, most people take the time.
Going back and forth to court fighting a case in the county is no joke. Once you get that first strike, whatever they want to put on you in the future will stick because you don't have any ground to stand on.
They'll go on sweeps and just round nikkas up, whoever is in the vicinity, and give everybody a case because one person had some shyt on them in the area.
Long story short: black lives don't matter in the American justice system outside of providing jobs in prisons, court houses, precincts, etc...and slave labor in prison for scraps
