Second some of us have morals and don’t let the laws dictate how I should handle situations. Now if he asked WSG to include him in on royalties or to stop using it then I can see him suing. But at the end of the day it’s not a big enough deal in THIS case

Ghostface was running around calling himself Ironman for years and Marvel gave him a role in the RDJ movie.

Bob James is one of the most sampled artist in hip-hop history and he's reached out to various artists to work with them. Not just take them to court.

Same with George Clinton. His career was given a 2nd wind due to embracing artists sampling him.

These guys are 100x more integral to hip-hop than a fukking WWE announcer.
