If WWE attempts to buy a non-Joshi Puro promotion, I reckon that will it either be AJPW or Zero-1. I remember reading that they attempted to broker a deal to have NXT talent loaned to AJPW with Regal acting as their agent, but it fell through. AJPW has been drifting a drifting zombie husk of its former self for years upon years now. Zero-1 just...kinda exists. Both are easier grabs than NJPW or NOAH (Cyberfight).

They bought the wrong company. CMLL sells out every week and has a 100 year history there. AAA was like a double A ballclub down there.
NJPW are doing Forbidden Door with AEW in august, they're not being purchased by WWE anytime soon.
