The Cruiserweight Championship match was the best match on the show, imagine that.
Roman vs Braun was okay but is wasn't that great either. Match felt stale to me.

You're saying they're gonna give well known names, legends, the belt because of their past. Adding them to the list for a new belt. But when you say "prestige" I think of shyt that's actually worth the use; war medals, Olympic gold, the Nobel prize. Not a wrestling belt.
When characters are fighting in any story what they're fighting over has to be important to keep people interested. In wrestling people generally fight over belts, if the belt doesn't feel important the fight won't work as well and people lose interest. That's why you try and build "prestige" for a belt. So it can add more to the story.
It's really not that hard to understand.
WWE wanted Taker to face Braun then fans revolted. Now he's likely facing Reigns, fans have turned a corner with Braun and Taker doesn't have many matches left in him. They could also protect a slower Undertaker by having Reigns and Strowman wrestle most of the match and give Undertaker a big Mania moment if he does a double chokeslam on both opponents.He just lost clean, what's the point of him being in the 3way
I'm not saying it makes sense or is a good idea, but I could see it.
