Wtf is this shyt...

Nobody wants to know about all this shyt... Triple H doin the most, smh.. don't need to fukking expose everything.. this lame as fukk smh
Yeah I'm not watching either.

It's bad enough they get on these post ppv pressers and talk about storylines , making the decision to go with whomever, etc.

I don't mind seeing a more human, everyday side of the wrestlers, but there's a line to that

Not everyone needs a show
I don't really see the issue. Movies have had BTS bonus stuff and fluff pieces (including writing process) for movies and TV since even before advent of VHS/Betamax. It doesn't ruin them, often makes them more interesting. Wrestling isn't any different and 90% of the time it also makes it more interesting and gets fans more interested on a personal level. Not like the writing room/process hasn't been heavily covered in podcasts and WWE docs previously.

Basically the only thing that hasn't been fully exposed is calling spots in the ring. And guess what: it hasn't mattered at all, shyt still rules when it rules, still sucks when it sucks.

Imagine reading dirt sheets on the regular and having your opinion on a TV show created based off a narrative from said dirt sheets… but say Kayfabe is dead from this show. :mjlol:

The companies themselves shouldn’t be the ones killing kayfabe.

But the whole concept of kayfabe died a long ass time before the concept for this tv show was ever dreamed up.

One company makes sure to mention their competition incessantly and whatever the hot topic is on Internet Wrestling Twitter to get an erection out of the nerds. Hell I could’ve sworn they ran a similar reality show.

But “big evil Fed” does it and it’s “killing Kayfabe”. fukk outta here

Wrestling is not a sport. It’s a TV show. No different than any drama on TV

Watching first episode now. Gonna catch rest tomorrow since it's late as hell already. But looks to be 5 episodes so not a long series. Focused on the Raw on Netflix debut and events leading up to it. Cody, Punk, Rhea, and Cena were the stars featured. Nothing really surprising or unknown in the episode at least not for any smart fans.

Was interesting to see how gorilla is built and setup. Most of the stuff like instructions going thru the ref are things most fans already knew or at least the adult ones. Did learn it's the match producer that mostly talks to the ref, not sure who Triple H is in talks with during matches or what his involvement is.

But this seems like another one of those documentaries like they tend to do for big events, like a mania or any other behind the scenes thing. The WWE network used to have a few of these things. Peacock does too like "the day of". Gonna be interesting to see how rest of the episodes play out.

If he's doing Vince's job then most likely comms. Perhaps even the production truck.
