This made sense until I saw the rest of the sho

Didnt they also show Ryan Ward and a couple of black dudes by Trips and Bruce who worked backstage liasing in some scenes?
Plus the Senior writer is a woman and they had another scene with 2 of them at the table

I was confused by that cause they had multiple creative teams but its probably different for Raw and Smackdon

Also this kinda clarifies why they were changing reports about the card from November-January for mania

Now they didnt outright say how and why they pivot (was way more than fukking Hendrix and Brother Love changing the room's mind lol) but if you read the rumours and connected the dots I see what happened with Night 1 lol

Didn't The Rock himself say that Ari called him up to be at 'Elimination Chamber' ? Because of struggling ticket sales...

In this, Nick Khan said he called The Rock and blamed the ticket sales on the "Canadian economy"

It's pretty much a standard bts doc, nothing mindblowing or different than what they already show you on social media other than some insight on what goes on in creative. It's also obviously still heavily curated so you know they're not showing everything. Basically what every hardcore fan expected or assumed goes on behind the cameras.

That shyt with Speed kinda left a bad taste in my mouth. I know he signed up for it, but dude could have been seriously injured and Hunter was like all "we got what we wanted from you, have a nice day" lol.

Yep standard fare, the noise around the show is very overblown

Yeah, I didn't believe a third of the shyt that was being said in this show. I'm just too jaded towards wrestling to not believe all these older guys aren't working to either make themselves look good or create a narrative they find the most convenient :russ:

2) I feel like some of these decison meetings may have been kayfabe for cameras just to get a reaction (Punk being voted winner of the Rumble just for Hayes to be like "I feel like Yeet dot dot dot" or saying "Punk is going over but Heyman is turning on him" makes no sense lol. I believe a bit of that scraped card cause we heard things like a Gunther/Punk title and Roman vs Seth. Not sure how much is accurate beyond that.
Eh, I think they have meetings like those multiple times a week so there's gonna be occasions were some wild shyt is being thrown out there. They basically can pick and choose to put whatever on this show.

If anything, it confirms why Vince's last decade as booker was so erratic. Imagine those same meetings but with Cokeboy giving the OK to one of them wild/dumb ideas. And then the day of the show he goes "nah, we ain't doing that" and all them people having to coming up with something in a few hours so they can put a show together last minute :russ:
