My question to you is why would that be a negative? You can buy games for $60/70/80 bucks but paying $120 for a years worth of gaming is not ideal? Was Uncharted and The Last of Us created before Naughty Dog was acquired by Sony or well after? Call of Duty, Minecraft, and Elder Scrolls existed well before Microsoft got involved and they had nothing to do with the creation of them.

You might have a case for Indiana Jones because the origin of that is pretty close with the acquisition time line.

I mean it's a major issue. You see teams under Nintendo and Sony create major franchises all the time. You don't see too many teams under Microsoft do the same.
