In terms of value alone, even if it was only on par with PS4 Pro (Which we already know isn't the case since it's a much more capable machine), you aren't going to get a 4K blu ray player with all the media features of the xbox one for $100.
$500 for more powerful hardware AND a 4K bluray player is a solid deal.
The value of the games themselves is subjective.
*I also wouldn't be surprised to find retailers running sales where you could get the XB1X for $450, or $500 bundled with a game. If/when best buy runs their trade in promo towards the XB1X I think the choice should be a no brainer for those looking to have only one XBOX. In my case, I'm keeping the OG xbox.

A GTX 1060 I'd wager. There's different settings so it doesn't need ultra everything to look good at 4K. 60fps you need a good quad core CPU. My I5 4690K still running good and I bought that in 2014.

A GTX 1060 is struggling at 4k on medium setting your definately are not getting 60fps with that. You need at least a 1070 and even that struggles.

I don't really expect games that are dropping before the Xboxxx to be 4k native and 60fps.

The game is CPU bound so it's not the GPU. Before it was optimized I could run it at 4K or 1080P on my old RX 280 3GB and the framerate was still the same(30FPS)
