I’ve been trying to warn these nikkas, xbox is collapsing everywhere and struggling in the US. I’m telling yall don’t invest too heavy into buying games on the platform at this point.

Outside of Forza and Starfield, no they don't. And both those games flopped. The rest is 3rd party games that play better on PS5 with dual sense.

They sat on their hands for too long also. They started the last gen as a meme, tapped out early, started this gen with no big games, got a couple in 2021 then took another year off again and now in 2023 people already moved on.

Its also bad that the first big game they came back with was Redfall…like not even on no console war shyt, people can joke on sony not launching much this year but the software they did drop reviewed well (MLB, Call of The Mountain, Spider-Man 2, Burning Shores, etc)

Someone should have been smart enough to delay Redfall indefinitely

What happened its not hard to understand, go back to march 21, 2013. That Don Marttrick presentation killed the brand. and to add, the stupid idea of of policy about used games and when asked about the always online, is answer was "remember guys if you don't have Internet we have a product for you, It's called Xbox 360."

From that point, sony got the game on their side. Im sure they even did a short video mocking xbox about the used games. lol

I’m talking about the studios/publishers they’ve recently brought. Microsoft has half of the WRPG’s makers in their lineup. What they do with them we will see in the future.

They want Xbox ran like Windows/MS Office in scope - as in you just need to have it off merit and money prints itself no matter how awful it becomes. The VG industry works completely different. You can't just continuously drop trash and survive unless you're the only one.

To turn it around, they just need to stop letting slops like Bonnie Ross patronage their way into running the teams when they are the worst candidates for that position. All that cash behind the studios and they drops duds like Infinite, Forza, Redfall, etc. Absolutely no excuse. Management needs to be lined up and pied in the face.

Instead, you got wishful stupidity like Spencer buying up Nintendo as a defining moment. Make some good games you bytch how about that for a career moment.

I don't know how the people running Xbox , don't seem to understand that exclusives matters. That's what sets you apart from the competition.

They have over 20 studios , and yet their games seem to take longer than usual to come out( maybe they announce it too early )..and when they do come out..they don't really set the world on fire.

I honestly thought Starfield was going to be the next big thing , but I got bored after an hour.

I hope Fable and State of Decay 3 don't disappoint.

ever since i got mine, i assumed i would be glued to it but there havent been any xbox exclusives that I really wanted to buy (besides Halo)

most of the games ive copped are 3rd party or games that dropped almost a decade ago
