This is just another case of Sony Stans making up stuff to make themselves feel better. In reality plenty of games have come to Xbox after being on other platforms first. The parity clause is easily circumvented if M$ wants the game on Xbox. Apparently they didn't see this game as worth it, and I don't blame them.

First off I got a PS4,PC, Vita, Wii U, and soon to be 3DS and I put my PS3 up for sale. The amount of games I have between each system and the amount of time I have is not equal. I don't have 24 free hours in a day to play games all day to prove something

Resogun I have 6% of the trophies, and these games don't just 100% themselves when you beat them so just because a game has a low amount of achievements obtained per person doesn't mean they never played it nor like it. I beat Hotline Miami and enjoyed it and I play it from time to time yet I only have 24% of the trophies in it.
