MS basically just fell on the sword for all the publishers that wanted the no used game shyt. Please believe that many publishers will have the same system in place on the PS4. Sony is just making each developer state whether or not they will allow 2nd hand games to work. There may have to be a warning on the box or something because if there isnt then a lot of people will be pissed when 1 used PS4 game they bought works and another doesnt.

i was actually hoping you'd cite this. mainstream media outlets (which were more than likely paid off) are reporting the xbox one as a success reveal -- but when you read the comment sections on all of those sites, actual gamers are giving microsoft HELL. and before you act like i'm paranoid for believing microsoft is paying for a positive spin-- why was it reported that all those cheers and claps came from the back of the room by people not associated w/the press?.

i had a day to think over it, and i still rocking wit the xbox.......my stanning cant be stopped, but im copping the ps4 also,i just dont trust sony online system to live up to xbox, going from xbl to psn is like going from the coli to sohh
Breh the online on PS4 from what they showed at the conference was miles ahead of anything out on consoles right now. They had live streaming from friends, remote controlling other games, party chat(that you guys LOVE to talk about), social media integration, gakai streaming etc. Are some of y'all purposely choosing what to remember?

I'm going hard on Microsoft because I EXPECTED MUCH Better. We have known for years that sony's online has been garbage compared to xbox live. But that crap they tried to sell us yesterday? Skype? Man, it smelled like Microsoft has been cheating on us with EA. And I fukking hate EA and everything they stand for as a company. Halo TV? No. Skype? No? Kinect? Oh god no! I have been die hard Xbox for a decade and I'm pissed. I'm pissed enough to buy a Wii U. Yeah THAT PISSED. Right now it looks like Xbox is going from the-coli to Blackplanet/Myspace and I don't like it.

Ok so EA announced they are ditching their online pass program, they are not releasing any Wii U games (which has no limitations on used games), then MS announces they will have a system to combat used sales...............and you believe EA will release a game on the PS4 that has no limitations??????
EA is not going to release a game on one system which cant be played used without a fee and on the other can be shared freely.

i dont care about remoting controlling others games, xbox will have video editing all they games, and publishing them, party chat we had that bout 5 years ago, i dont care about social media, microsoft had that already tho, and i probably wont play my xbox after i get a xbox 360 so i dont care about streaming this gens games, living streaming is cool tho, hope xbox adds that, but be real bra, who do u have more faith in the future of console online gaming, without microsoft online consoling gaming would be on the dreamcast level, waiting to sony or nintendo to innovate in that field is a lost causeand some stuff wont even but ready at launch, same way sony promoting ps home real hard before ps3 dropped, and it took bout 2 years to drop and it was trash
