you said the internet alway watches. Skype watches and listens and they actually confess to it in writing. They are owned by Microsoft who owns the Xbox one that happened to have Kinect 2 that is always watching..need i spell it out for you?

And it doesn't matter if its "required" or not. If they wanted to spy on you they could.

I think this point is laughable considering the fact that we are all walking around with devices in our pockets that have microphones and cameras that are "always on"

I don't care if you buy xbox or playstation..i'm just kicking knowledge and warning yall that the new xbox is watching every second of your activity for advertisement purposes and who knows what else. they ain't even hiding their intentions..while the ps4 has the pseye but you can unplugged that shyt and throw it in a box if you not using it..xbone dont give you that option..

I had a weird experience with my original Kinect where I was playing Fable II and I had no idea that my Kinect was doing anything at that time. And so I'm in the world; I see one of those little bubbles representing someone I know.

We call them Orbs (laughs).

And I start talking to my girlfriend who was with me at the time and I mention the guy who I'm seeing in the game and he comes out of the speakers and he can hear everything I'm saying because the Kinect is plugged in. Are there going to be options to kind of turn off all of this?

You definitely will have the software capability to turn off all the capabilities of Kinect. We want to put the gamer in control. And privacy. The box data information that collects is your data; it stays with you. You are in control of what you want to be collected. Game developers will obviously enable certain features and you'll be alerted when certain things are happening. Putting the gamer in control is really important.

What Microsoft is doing with the Xbone is unprecedented and unheard of in America. They want to sell you a system that spys on you, record your activities to sell to advertisement companies, and they want to own what you bought.

Here are proofs of these anti-consumer acts.

This patent above shows that your xbone would snitch on you while your are using it to watch a movie with your family in your living room because they only allow a limit of eyes to watch contents.

The Kinect 2 that is required on every xbone system is alway listening to you , it can even see in the dark, and it has built in heart rate detection
So, you can't hide in the day, you have to watch what you say, and you can't point it at the wall because it detects heart rates.

3. Microsoft owns the content that you buy. They do not allow you to sell or share your the games that you buy. This is unprecedented because you wil have to buy everything new and at full price even when the games are old, and 10 years down the line, the game collection you own might not work at all..Think of any product that you can buy that you are not allowed to resell or share to make profit for yourself..
