the only complaint i had about the xbox consoles was not having an internal power supply and now they decide to get with the program

External power bricks are better because the user can easily replace them. Plenty of times I've had power supplies on electronics go bad and needed to replace them.internal power brick? finally, they realized its 2016. I hated that shyt.
Why would people buy an Xbox One slim when the more powerful one is on the horizon?

Sources: Xbox One getting huge upgrade in 2017, slim model later this yearWhen is the more powerful one suppose to drop?

The markets I just listed don't care about any of thatThe SATA the Xbox uses is slower than USB 3.0 speeds. couple that with the Xbox One's use of external drives and you can buy a WD passport or some other 7200RPM drive and have more storage at faster speeds than this one's internal hard drive.
The only real advantage is the console's size. Considering this is obsolete on arrival with the impending Xbox code name Scorpio next year it seems like a waste of money.
I would strongly suggest holding off especially to the people that already have Xbox Ones because this is a very short term purchase.
Why even bother with the slim version they got more powerful xbone dropping soon
most casuals are buying the PS4 though. The markets I just listed don't care about any of that
U think most casuals just buying a system would know about external hard drive speeds

They're directionless.most casuals are buying the PS4 though.
Microsoft is weird these days. Porting all their games to PC and at the same time putting out a new version of a console that should probably be entirely phased out in favor of the Scorpio.
Phil made some solid decisions but the Xbox One S isn't one of them. Personally I thought Xbox was gonna become a platform like Steam with the Xbox branded console being like a Steam machine with only a single sku in existence rather than multiple ones. They're directionless.
They had to toss out their entire plan for this Gen and are just throwing shyt at the wall and scraping profits out where they can.
Everybody likes to pretend Phil has turned things around but he hasn't. I see no plan or vision.
His solid decisions were just reversing the dumb shyt the previous regime did. Literally anybody could have done that.Phil made some solid decisions but the Xbox One S isn't one of them. The xbox now>>> the original "vision"They're directionless.

I'm sure Sega thought the same thing when they were dropping 32x and Sega cd and shyt. The xbox now>>> the original "vision"
Since when is more options and features bad for the consumer
did Sony think the same thing when they released the slim PS 2/3?I'm sure Sega thought the same thing when they were dropping 32x and Sega cd and shyt.
