Damn, the Ls keep coming for Microsoft Gaming.

Software and services revenue down 11%.
Hardware revenue down 43%.
Subscriptions are up.
Overall gaming revenue down 21%.

This is what happens when you release crackdown 3 and some other generic FPS whilst your rival releases God of War and the Last Of Us 2

Don’t think next gen will be any different. The studios they’ve bought will need time to pump out great games whilst Sony’s studios are now pretty much masters of their craft and will be pumping out sequels to some of the best games this gen as well as new IPs

Gamepass

Hardware revenue down 43%.
End of life for the console. Not enough exclusives to warrant a purchase with next gen around the corner. PlayStation sales are slowing down too.

Subscriptions up.
Again Gamepass. Sold for a dollar a month on top of Xbox live. Gamers bought three years worth of that shyt.

Overall revenue down 21%.
It is what it is.
