They've been doing fairly well for me. I just opened this position in 1/14/2019 so its been a little over a year and percentage wise it's been my second best increase.

Honestly the best thing now for Microsoft gaming is to ditch the Xbox and become a third party developer. Halo on PS5 and Switch would do huge numbers
