Even if they sell this console at 599 which I think is the minimum they will sell it. By the time this comes out the NVidia gtx 1080 and 1070 will be alot cheaper and those cards are probably more powerful then what your getting in the scorpio. All I'm saying is this if there selling this console above 399 or 499 it's going to flop. Xbox one dropped to 399 and still have a hard time selling and now with exclusives on PC it's a wrap. Honestly I would be saying something different if Xbox were dropping the scorpio and introducing new games to the console that I couldn't play anywhere else but there giving out too many options that are cheaper alternatives.

Well obviously that only works if they sell it for the low. Which is why I think they have to.

He said premium dog. That is the key word that is scary. You just can't ignore that part out of his own mouth.

The Scorpio could be $500 because it's an enthusiast machine and not a mass market one.
It's like how the GTX 1080 is expensive and not the mass market card and Nvidia is ok with that because there's the 1070 and lesser cards to fill that void.

I don't think you get it Phil is catering this to people who will spend 2,000 - 3,000 dollars on a laptop and buy the top of the line graphic card every year to keep up that's the crowd he wants with the scorpio he doesn't care about the casual crowd because he has a console for that.
