hot sauce will fukk up the whole meal.

get the lamb over rice but tell him to put half the normal amount of rice and more salad. And chunks of lamb meat instead of crushing it up.

then have him put a pita on the grill and slice it into strips. white sauce on the meat/rice and lay the pita on top of the meat/rice so it soaks some of the sauce.
