we need to get away from this type of mindset. this front office is way too hung up on legacy and family. let people earn a spot, not do them favors. its why we sucked last year, we didn't make people earn mins.

I trust the scouts and with a new coaching staff, im actually hopeful we can develop guys.
I think he’ll be solid. We’ve definitely shown a good eye for later round talent. I like that it was all shooters and wings for the most part.
