Carfax it, check for rust, check the mileage, check for accidents, check for engine/transmission issues, and make sure it has low mileage for the years and if it still has a solid warranty
Buying used cars from older rich people are usually your best bet that the car is in great condition

Get it from an auction if you have someone who can get you in. You can get really good cars for dirt cheap.

No. In my opinion, you should go to a reputable dealership. A local Toyota, BMW, Mazda, or whatever.
They usually have really good used cars at low mileage. At this point you could probably get a 2015 or 2016 model vehicle at a good price. I've had my car for two years now and I never had a problem. The only thing is its almost paid off now and I wonder if I should have just bought a new one because I already want something different.

Ive bought once from a private seller but once you buy the shyt its your fault if you didn't get it checked out before hand

i have never and will never buy a new car, just do your research - bring a mechanic to inspect it with you and get a carfax

Yeah....it was 1 year old in 2010. Got it from a certified dealer, so all warranties were still in effect. No problems. Still driving it today.

He was a rich middle eastern dude, dude just copped a new BMW so he didn't drive the benz anymore. 05 Benz C250. And nah, I didn't pay first. I test drove, took my mechanic with me and had him look at it, then I paid.
